Today in my reading, Sadie and carter entered into the kingdom of the dead. Carter was feeling very uneasy and so was Khufu. Sadie was feeling alright but she decided that his was not her favorite place to be. When they first got there, they saw a big boat that was gorgeous. The only weird thing about it was that they eyes in the front followed them and moved. After they noticed that they saw bass and tried to wave to her until they saw that to the left of her stool a big, tall, guy with knives coming out of his outfit.
The big scry guy was the captain. Bass came down and higged them and them she lead them into a dining room. She asked them how ther were and what was goind on. They wanted to know who that big scaary captain guy was but instead they gave her what she wanted. They both noticed something weird about her and thought that she was worried. the eventually asked her but she said that she was not scared or worried at all it was just nothing and she tried to change the subject. A few awkward moments wen by and all of a sudden they met someone. Right in front of them stood a very strange looking man who said hello in the sharpest british accent around. This man was indeed, the CAPTAIN.
Today in my reading, the captain introduced him saelf and told them everything that he thought they might want to know. He showed them around the ship, told them all of the rules and then just told them some more things. They kept on listening because they wre scared and did not want to get left behind in the land of the dead. The captain finally stopped talking and asked them what their names were and if they had any other questions to just ask. They told him their names and things got a little bit better.
